The goal of this study is to create a representation several tertiary institutions that are capable significant transformations. findings field research: 1) Management policies in preparing Insani’s Human Resources (SDI) for the transformation agenda at IAI Muhammad Azim with focus on HR readiness and academic governance policies. Governance Policy YASNI applies principles Resource (MSDI), namely: shura, musyarakah, al-ujrah, obedience leaders, 2) process through practice MSDI Private Higher Education IAIMA divided into administrative transition building transformative work culture MSDI, 3) dynamics Implementation Transformation Agenda Jambi province run dynamically continuously internalization values strategic planning capacity higher education SDI, 4) There barriers Azim’s program, including lack commitment organization, dearth qualified human resources (tridharma training), acclimatization new technologies cultural norms, opposition internal change. following factors preventing Yasni from implementing its change agenda: compensation restrictions, sincerity, resistance, conflict interest between administrators, 5) accomplishments can produce, specifically: adjustments culture, an Islamic perspective, institutional adjustments. A integrated digitalization-based quality-based tridharma education, construction based competence sincerity all part Yasni’s plan, 6) Kopertais as facilitator institution fosters has performance, namely assisting universities material changes status transfer.
